Our Executive Search Firm is working with a leading multinational company with more than 20 years of experience in the de-alcoholization service and the product development of low and non-alcoholic wines. They are looking for a person to expand its European commercial sales.
Functions:
Reporting to the Managing Director – Europe of this division, the Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through:
- Creation, monitoring and closing of new sales opportunities (bulk wine de-alcoholization, formulation service, white label and private label bottled/canned products).
- Acquisition of new clients and relationship with oenologists.
- Management of existing clients and opportunities.
- Coordination with the production department to manage client productions.
- Attendance and participation at trade shows and industry conferences
- Participation in quality and green initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject (oenology, organic chemistry, sensory analysis, etc ). Knowledge of oenology and tasting.
- B2B Sales experience in the wine sector (bulk or finished product) of at least 5 years with extensive existing relationships in the industry and a track record of progressively increased responsibilities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish – bilingual is a must. Additionally, French and/or Italian would be an asset for the position.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar sales reporting tools and MS Office.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, as well as a team player. Commitment to the company and its culture.
- Availability to travel (minimum 10 days a month).
- Driver’s license.
- Residence in the vicinity of a main airport in Spain.
